[Steem Think Tank] Steem User Survey Response
Steem User Survey:
> How long have you been using Steem?

Since October 2017, near the height of the price boom.

> Where are you in terms of SP? (Plankton(0-500SP), Minnow(500-5000SP), Dolphin(5k-50kSP), Whale(you're probably not a whale, if you are you know what a whale is))

Just became Dolphin a couple of months ago

> Where are you in the world? (Just Country)

Canada

> What brought you to Steem?

A You Tuber talked about being able to earn for content. I still need to grow in that area.

> What was your first impression?

Bad then steemit.com was the only interface and it was clunky.

> How do you feel about the current state of Steem?

Pretty good, but a lot of growing happening and still needed.

> How often do you use Steem applications/websites/etc?

Multiple times a day, 2 - 3 hours

> What is your favorite Steem Application and why?

SteemPeak, it is the easiest I have found to use and makes browsing posts quite effortless.

Starting to play with communities @ beta.steemit.com and have actually created a couple of my own:

> What’s your favorite thing about Steem?

The possibility for growth and the chance to maybe ride a future crypto wave as we are all in on the ground floor.

> What’s your least favorite thing about Steem?

The infighting and the current down-vote wars over opinions. If everyone supported each other and did not get so upset over content that does not meet their quality requirements.

> How difficult/easy would you say it is to use Steem?

Well it could be easier to use but once one has their keys managed the interfaces are getting better all the time.

> Would you recommend Steem to family/friends/coworkers? If no why not?

No, I do not think the user experience is ready for the average user.

> What do you wish you could do with Steem that you can’t currently?

I can not think of anything just now.

> What excites you most about Steem?

The use cases will create a great space to learn and grow as we work out the kinks.

> What worries you most about Steem?

The infighting and down-vote wars chasing away users.
