# Introduction

The essence and use of communication can not be put away and for real, I know it is not really easy for website builders to add and note all features in other to run a site accurately and that is why there's usually need for upgrades every now and then In Other to serve its members better.
Recently I was going through a website, contao.org actually.
This website serves as a content management site that helps it's user create and manage their websites.
And then I notice the website does not have an option to chat with admin.

# Suggestion

I am suggesting that the site add the option to enable its user chat with the admin.
Below is where I feel is appropriate to add the feature:

As you can see where the arrow is pointed at, having a chat feature somewhere around there would work perfectly.

# Comparison

A site I love so much is zoto as it allows me make transactions at a discounted rate.
And when I have difficulties, I am able to reach the admin.

As you can see, the site allows its user chat with the admin and the respond swiftly.


# Conclusion 

I believe communication is the way of life and communication is not usually complete without feedback too, so the website owners should consider this suggestion and implement it so that they can serve its members better.
