One of our friend is leaving for good and these are her last few days in the city. We decided to catch up over the weekend for lunch and to spend some good time with each other. She lived in Muscat for 40 years and now finally moving back to India, her home in Mumbai city. Eventually all expats, no matter however long you stay here, one day you have to go back, as you do not get residency of this place. If anyone wants to become resident there is a whole set of requirements to be completed to be considered. A few people have done it, who have lived all their lives here and set up their businesses, but not many do it. She is happy to go back, because over the years her children have moved out and settled back in India, so she now wants to be with them. After all family matters wherever you are.
We decided to go to the Crepe Cafe. Had heard about it and wanted to try it since some time. Me and hubby do not venture out much in different restaurants, but some of our friends do regularly and from them we get to know about new places in the city.
The set up of the place is very nice. It's at the Beach, now with good weather it's nice to sit out during the day time as you can get some amazing views of the beach.

We took a short stroll at the beach
Then settled in for lunch, with the views. So wonderful it feels sitting here
We ordered Chicken Alfredo, a Sandwich and a Salad and then shared the food.
Food was yummy

The Cafe has an indoor seating as well, but we preferred to sit out.
Some good times and memories.
