So, I was powering down NanoCheeZe to send some steem to @XTdevelopment and @cybershrapnel

Two immediate things I noticed that I was not expecting.

1) I still had my delegated Steem power of 15 and about 100 SP of my own, As soon as I started powering down, my delegated SP disappeared. OK, that's fair I suppose...

2) I powered up @XTdevelopment. And this happened...

STEEM immediatley basically cancelled out my power up by removing an equal amount of new user delegation... WTF?

and then this... It seems to have messed with my bandwidth completely...

So here I was thinking I would have about 20 SP now, and nope... Just stays at 15... So you gotta buy your way out of the 15 SP delegation now it seems.

It was weird that @nanocheeze did not lose it's delegation SP until powering down though...???

Not very happy about this. I feel like I flushed 15 STEEM down the drain that could have been better used elsewhere right now.... But at the same time it motivates me to just get them all past the 15 SP delegation mark so I just never have to worry about it again.... I dunno...

Any advice? I never expected this issue...
