## **<P><center><SUB>Happy day my friends from @lifestyle through my dear daps @liketu. I send you a huge hug full of love and good wishes 💕💯💫...</SUB></center></P>**

<P><div class="text-justify">On Monday of this week, my husband and I started a cardiovascular exercise routine. This type of activity is basic and we should all do it, considering personal well-being among the physical-emotional 🚴🏃. We also enjoyed a beautiful place.</div></P> 

<P><div class="text-justify">We began long walks around a small square located 10 minutes away by bike 🚲 from our residence, it is super nice with a wonderful breeze. Once there, we started with quick walks, the first day with 6 laps of 5 minutes each.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">For the next day ⏭️ we achieved 10 laps in 4 minutes. As we adapt to this cardiovascular routine, it is likely that the time in each lap will continue to decrease and the number of laps will increase. As the days go by we will incorporate other types of exercises including jogging.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">We started this routine, since my husband is being affected by a hypertensive condition that needs care, including losing weight, changing eating habits and exercising.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">My husband does not have the best habits, that definitely led him to get worse in terms of his blood pressure, on the other hand he has family members with this disease so he requires more attention. </div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">I would like us both to maintain this routine for as long as possible, it is important to walk, do any sport that activates circulation.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">We are starting day 3 of our new routine for a healthier life, and I trust God that my husband has enough willpower to maintain it and be able to see improvement.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Personally, I really like this lifestyle, and I am committed to continuing to work 🏃to maintain my physical and emotional well-being. Little by little we will incorporate other resistance exercises 🏋️. I will continue to tell you later how we are going.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">El lunes de ésta semana, comenzamos una rutina de ejercicios cardiovasculares mi esposo y yo. Éste tipo de actividad es básica y todos deberíamos de realizar, considerando el bienestar personal entre lo físico-emocional 🚴🏃. Disfrutamos además de un lugar bonito.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Comenzamos caminatas largas alrededor de una plazoleta ubicada a 10 minutos de distancia en bicicleta 🚲 desde nuestra residencia, es súper linda con una brisa maravillosa. Estando en el lugar comenzamos con caminatas rápidas, el primer día con 6 vueltas de 5 minutos c/u.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Para el día siguiente ⏭️ logramos las 10 vueltas en 4 minutos. Mientras nos adaptamos a ésta rutina cardiovascular es probable que siga bajando el tiempo en cada vuelta y aumentará la cantidad de las mismas. Con el pasar de los días iremos incorporando otro tipo de ejercicios incluyendo trote.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Iniciamos en ésta rutina, desde que mi esposo se está viendo afectado con un cuadro hipertensivo que necesita de cuidados, entre ellos bajar de peso, cambiar los hábitos alimenticios y hacer ejercicios.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Mi esposo no tiene los mejores hábitos, eso definitivamente lo llevó a ponerse peor en cuanto a su presión arterial, por otro lado tiene familiares con ésta enfermedad por lo que requiere más atención.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Me gustaría que ambos mantuviesemos ésta rutina por todo el tiempo posible, es importante caminar, realizar cualquier deporte que permita activar la circulación.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Estamos comenzando el día 3 de nuestra nueva rutina por una vida más saludable, y confío en Dios que mi esposo tenga la suficiente fuerza de voluntad para mantenerse y poder ver la mejoría.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">En lo personal éste estilo de vida me gusta bastante, y estoy comprometida en seguir trabajando 🏃para mantener mi bienestar tanto físico como emocional. Poco a poco iremos incorporando otros ejercicios de resistencia 🏋️. Les seguiré contando m adelante como vamos.</div></P>
