Why I'm All in on CUB Pools

So if you are one of those people that watches the pools in detail, you may have noticed that the APR is down a little and the price of CUB is up a little.

That was me.

The gang got on the zoom today and we had ourselves an old fashioned LEO Roundtable, which was a lot of fun. (No idea when the recording will go live).

One of the points that @scaredycatguide made was his buddy Mike is all in on the CUB pools because it has the highest APR.

And that makes sense. It is clearly true.

But what about price appreciation? I'm in 9 farms and dens because I want exposure to BTC, ETH, BNB, and LEO all at the same time. After all, it's bull market bro. Prices are up, up, up.

And that makes sense too.

But it got me wondering. What are the likely targets?

So I started plotting some targets for where I think the markets could go on the high end:

BTC 300k
ETH 10-20k
BNB 2k
LEO ?? - this is a big unknown for me

And how does that compare to current market prices?

BTC 5-6x
ETH 3-6x
BNB 3x
LEO ????x

And then I looked at that little calculator widget on the farms page.

Hmm, which is higher? 6x or 1682%?

So that did it for me. I pulled liquidity from all my risk asset farms (exception of some BTCB den) and put everything into CUB-BUSD.

Said another way, I put it all on black. It cost me a few thousand dollars in price impact, and I increased my daily CUB earnings by about 25%. It'll take me about a month to make that back.

If CUB crashes, I'll be pretty sad.

If CUB maintains where it is right now, I'll be ecstatic.

IF CUB goes up, it's lambo time.

My estimates of the market upside might be wrong. Maybe the crypto market explodes higher than anyone is predicting. In that case, I might have a sub-optimal allocation. But even in that scenario, I can't help but think CUB will get some appreciation out of the deal.
