 Saludos a toda la comunidad de #SWC y #Hive 🙋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️.

 Este lunes (28 de abril 2025) arranca nuevamente la rutina semanal de entrenamiento, por lo que les comparto algunas capturas del mismo. 

 A las 6:33 de la tarde, aproximadamente, salgo al parque de barras de siempre. Encontrándome con varios brothers  entrenando. Una vez saludado a cada uno, empecé a prepararme y a entrenar. En este caso primero practiqué algunos combos y trucos en específicos dinámicos en la barra alta. Luego de varios intentos del mismo, pasé a la práctica de combos de ejercicios isométricos a avanzados, pero antes realicé pruebas de aguante al fallo de los ejercicios base para mí, que son: "Full planche" y "Front lever".  En general, la ejecución de los combos me fue relativamente bien, mejor dicho, pasable. Ya aún me falta mejorar unas cuantas cosas para conseguir la fuerza y la estética que quiero en los ejercicios isométricos. Y en el caso de los trucos dinámicos, aparte de mejorar fluidez, debo ir agarrando dominio, que sea a puro instinto para así no pensar tanto al momento de la ejecución. Terminando así, aquel entrenamiento, a eso de las 9:00 de la noche.

 This Monday (April 28, 2025) the weekly training routine starts again, so I'll share with you some snapshots of it.

 At approximately 6:33 in the evening, I go out to the usual barre park. I find several brothers training. Once I greeted each one, I started to prepare and train. In this case I first practiced some combos and tricks in specific dynamic on the high bar. After several attempts of the same, I moved on to the practice of isometric to advanced exercise combos, but first I performed endurance tests to failure of the base exercises for me, which are: "Full planche" and "Front lever".  In general, the execution of the combos went relatively well, or rather, passable. I still need to improve a few things to achieve the strength and aesthetics I want in the isometric exercises. And in the case of the dynamic tricks, apart from improving fluidity, I have to get a better command, so that it's pure instinct and I don't think so much at the moment of execution. Thus ending that training at about 9:00 at night.
