Vean a la posición que *Hort* llegó amenzando jaque mate en una jugada siendo *De8#* pero llegar hasta ahí no fue fácil realmente es una partida extraordinaria llena de tecnicismo donde incluso *Larsen* con negras propone un par de veces intercambiar Damas y *Hort* rechaza esa idea, en esta posición era para haberse rendido incluso un par de jugadas antes pero, *Larsen* al ver que su rival había jugado de manera impecable decide jugar *Txd5* permitiendo así que *Hort* juege *De8#* inmortalizando así esta brillante partida  Por un lado la brillantez de *Hort* y por otro lado la caballerosidad de *Larsen*. *** *** # NO IN ENGLISH. I have always said that chess players must be gentlemen and give up when we are lost in a position or our rival has a big advantage but there was a player who was almost unique until today and I say this because almost nobody did what Mr. *Ben Larsen* did I mean he was a great player in fact he even participated in the tournament of candidates to challenge for the title, but, he ran into a wall called *Bobby Fisher*, but returning to the subject *Larsen* was a Grandmaster that when he reached a position in which he was lost and if his opponent up to that point had had a clean and masterful game only then he allowed himself to be checkmated and as an example of how his opponent had to play for him to surrender to checkmate I bring you a game he played in 1968 against *Vlastimil Hort* game in which *Hort* takes the white and *Larsen* the black.  See the position that *Hort* reached by threatening checkmate in a move being *De8#* but getting there was not easy really is an extraordinary game full of technicality where even *Larsen* with Black proposes a couple of times to exchange Checkers and *Hort* rejects that idea, in this position he should have given up even a couple of moves earlier but, *Larsen* seeing that his opponent had played impeccably decides to play *Txd5* allowing *Hort* to play *De8#* immortalizing this brilliant game.
