Another exciting week for the Steem ecosystem and community as tribes continue to become popular and more tokens start to partner and become available for the community they support.  I now have a larger Steem Engine Wallet to manage given the way distribution is occurring and it encourages me that this allows even new users to start on the ground floor of these opportunities being created here everyday.  There was even some news from Steemit on how they are thinking about “onboarding the masses” on Steem.  While no specific details were provided, the fact that larger user growth is in their minds which leads to opportunities to all stakeholders.<p>

Some of the newer users are quickly making their #introduceyourself post as it quickly allows them to engage with their community of interest.  I saw good influx of new introductions this week which seemed to come from some of the tribes and communities that are pushing the boundaries of our Steem ecosystem further.  Veteran users are also getting to help some of these newer users with ideas and thoughts on how to navigate through the ecosystem with great on boarding tutorials.  One that I ran into this week was @tanbay’s [video](https://staging.busy.org/@tanbay/l4dxdmjjvrv) on the importance of a proper introduction post and its implications for the user.  It highlights how we each grow as we learn to adopt to our surroundings!

@edduin had two great [introduction](https://busy.org/@edduin/my-presentation-to-a-wonderful-virtual-community) posts as he did one in both Spanish, his native language and in English to broaden his reach here in the ecosystem.  He is a young Venezuelen that like many living through the challenges of the country, migrated to neighboring countries in search of security and opportunity.  While the journey was not easy, he was able to complete his studies and experience before leaving a year ago and actually finding a job as a teacher in science where he academically excelled while in Venezuela.

@exploring-rogue was an interesting [introduction](https://busy.org/@exploring-rogue/introduction-or-i-am-new-here-and-i-want-you-to-join-me-on-this-journey) as his focus will be engaging with the community to share tips regarding business as he has been around many entrepreneurs throughout his life as he has been part of a family of many startups.  I am looking forward to seeing some of these experiences and challenges as it seems similar to what we the community are currently seeing in the ecosystem.

@chriscodes is a young software engineer that just made an [introduction](https://staging.busy.org/@chriscodes/welcome-to-all-steemians) that explained his hobbies with instruments he plays as well as the coding for his profession.  His interest in cryptocurrencies and business come together by joining Steem to share his knowledge with the community as he writes articles on coding.  He hopes to gain some tips to help him start his journey here.

@diefvandieven has a short but good [introduction](https://staging.busy.org/@diefvandieven/sup-steemit) as he notes what we all feel in that there is never enough time to have hobbies for ourselves and promote engagement here.  Dief is an aspiring triathlete and hopes to find others with similar interests among the community to share his experiences and knowledge which also extend into reading and arts as well as being a part of the group that is trying to find Satoshi’s Treasure!

I hope this to be an evolving process to the benefit of the community so please continue providing feedback to support these and all the new users coming to the platform.  I am looking forward to more new users coming and engaging with the community to solidify the social aspect of the #STEEM blockchain.
