What a week in my life as things have gotten hectic as now a major hurricane approaches! However, storms have always revolved around me in all sense of life. Whether it has been financial, health or just unexpected events (both good and bad), my life has been full of challenges. However, challenges become opportunities as I feel we are never given more than we can deal with. I often say we should not preoccupy (worry) ourselves but instead occupy ourselves with handling them!<p>

Hard Fork 21 and 22 came and went and we are still going, not dead. I continue to focus on making the best of it despite not being absolutely sure the implications yet. While it has impacted the way I engage somewhat, I feel that the opportunity continues to be remaining present and helping those that are still getting started in the process. Despite the fork, we have seen new users continue to join and engage which places our duties to be more important as they must probably be even more lost than usual! Coming up on one year of doing this and I proud to continue! Something special next week incoming!

@donutstarve which is an awesome name recently made an [introduction](https://staging.busy.org/@donutstarve/keto-noms) demonstrating a healthy and tasty looking dish which followed the new diet trend of keto. Given my interest in continually pursuing this lifestyle because of the results it has given me, I thought it would be great to have more of it in our community.

It is no secret of my passion and enjoyment for Splinterlands and I ran into this new account that [presented](https://staging.busy.org/@opencards/presentation-of-the-cards-opening-service-with-100-potions-or-steem-monsters-brillant-and-alchemy-potions) a great service where they will open Beta Booster packs for you while running potions that will help you get a better chance to improving the value of the cards in that pack! I recently did a review of my own experience which has demonstrated how useful the potions are so this is a great opportunity for those without the DEC resources to do themselves!

@super-irie has come to the community with a bang as he powered up 4,000 Steem even before his [introduction post](https://staging.busy.org/@super-irie/august-25-2019-my-initial-introduction-to-the-steem-blockchain-super-irie) which has been followed up with plenty of engagement this week. These are truly the type of Steemians that add value to the ecosystem as not only investing but engaging is great to see. In addition, he has started to invest into projects here!

@netizenone is a new member to Steem that comes via one of the newer tribes here ClickTrackProfit (CTP) lead my a great Steemian and a robust community that continues to grow. In his [introduction](https://staging.busy.org/@netizenone/it-will-be-a-pleasure-and-privilege-to-connect-with-you-all-introducing-myself), he shares his prior experiences with internet marketing and entrepreneurship which signals how well Steem and the protocol can entangle so well with business applications as well. Yet another example of another new user buying Steem to start as well!

I hope this to be an evolving process to the benefit of the community so please continue providing feedback to support these and all the new users coming to the platform.  I am looking forward to more new users coming and engaging with the community to solidify the social aspect of the #STEEM blockchain.
