This morning Omise has posted a second update to their August 7th annoucement of the OmiseGo airdrop. Here's what you need to know:

1) The airdrop will begin on the 4th of September and will take about a week to conclude depending on Ethereum network congestion.

2) Omise will distribute 5% of the total supply of the OMG token to all Ethereum addresses that hold a balance over at least 0.1 ETH as of block 3988888. 

3) The amount of OMG received will be proportional to the amount of ETH held by the address.

4) Over 450,000 addresses will receive tokens.

5) At the time of this writing OMG is up 9.29% to $7.98 $U.S./OMG.

6) To participate you MUST make sure to withdraw your ether from an exchange. If your ether remains on an exchange, you will have no way of claiming your tokens.
