Wow, only 7 days and you crammed all that activity in! Nice one! I've only been to Florence back in 2010 for a Conference but it is a remarkable place. Did you go up to the Michelangelo Statue that overlooks the city? Beautiful view point. I haven't been to Venice yet but I think the Tyrol Mountains would be where I'd love to hike around.
