**Important points I learnt from God's word discussed**.

God has a commandment about what to wear. You'll cloth your inner man and the outer man. We have two beings. The children of God are different from other people. A man has two beings. There's the outward man which is the flesh or body. It gets old and weak. The inward man is strong. There is the inner and outer man. The inward man is strong. The inward man and the outward man are different. The inward man is spiritual. The outward man is temporary.
Mattew 7:15 talks about people; they are human beings outside, they're a breast inside.

There are two kinds of men. There is a man who's outer man is a man and inside them is a beast.it means they have a wolf inside and have animalistic behavior.
The inward man feels delighted about the laws of God. If you still have the inner man you'll love and respect your wife. You won't beat her or molest your children. We should learn to be grateful firstly to God and secondly to man. We must not boast or brag about our achievement.

If you hate the law you have the outward man. You'll have the fear of God if you have the inner man. When you relate with your neighbors you have the inner man.
2 Corinthians 13:5 talks about the fact that we should examine ourselves. No one can tell us the truth apart from God. If you respect God and his commandment you have the inner man. The defiled ones are the ones without the inner man.
John 3:19 talks about you'll love darkness because you have a beast inside you. If you rape your daughter, you're a beast.

1 Peter 3:3 emphasizes that we should put on the adorning of the inner man.

Adorning the hair with jewelry is prohibited. When God says something you'll benefit from it. God is prohibiting women from adorning their hair. Chemicals should be avoided. Our skin has two functions; to excrete and to expel, but the skin also absorbs. If you're sick you can't serve God. The one consequence of having too much jewelry is forgetting God. 
If you want God good health, obey God. Be contented  with the natural. We should adorn ourselves with modest apparel. Wearing a micromini skirt should be avoided. We should put modesty in our inner man. 
 Too many decorations spoils beauty. 

**The following were my old beliefs or expectations that were improved by listening**.
1.i thought women could wear jewelry  before.
2.that we can accept the doctrine by raising our hands. 

**How teaching affects me as a better person**.
1.I now know that God has a commandment of what we wear. 
2.I now know that you'll clothe your inner man. 
3.I now know that you have the inner man if you're delighted by the word Of God. 
4.I now know that too many decorations spoil beauty. 
5.I now know that if you hate the law you have the outer man
