Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. I am happy, there is a prompt this time, this is also something that Indonesia has recently legalized. The rule is the age of social media. You know, social media is a scary space. Where there are many people who disguise themselves. After I graduated from high school, I created Facebook. At first, it was just my closest friends. But, over time my social media reached many people. I also intensively introduced and greeted them, especially people outside my friendship. There are many women and men who follow my social media. There was a man who said he liked me. Even though I had never met him. We only greeted each other and commented on each other's Facebook statuses. At that time, I was afraid to become. Just because he saw my photo, he liked me. Another thing is the man who will propose to me. That scared me. How could anyone want to have a serious relationship just from communicating on social media. Without meeting face to face. From there, I immediately blocked the account and I became reluctant to communicate with people I didn't know, unless I was in the same community. Social media also has two sides. I learned to write and found a space to learn to write on social media. One of Indonesia's state institutions found many crimes targeting children in Indonesia. One of them, a child who suddenly disappeared after meeting an acquaintance on social media. From the available data, that is what caused Indonesia to issue government regulations in social media regulations. So, children can use social media starting at 13 years old. That too must be with parental consent. And only limited use of social media. I agree with that. From there, children can explore the real world. Play and learn without having to be exposed to anything on social media. A number of countries have implemented this, I think this will be more children. Children will live as they deserve. Focus on growth and development. Especially playing and learning. Social media is like a double-edged sword. It can be a benefit, now it has become a business space, on the other hand there are many dark sides that are detrimental. I believe that taking this step is a step that needs to be taken by everyone. Parents need to monitor their children's actions on social media. The government issues regulations and schools carry out educational functions. Everyone must work together in this matter. That's all I can say about this challenge. See you again in the next story. https://img.leopedia.io/DQmcNqNitqYAe9gwjzvAPHnhWm2zja8iv6pf8HTKCoaUPLB/Me%20as%20A%20Sister%20and%20Parent_20250526_231621_0000.png
Picture from canva
--- --- --- ---
About Author

https://images.hive.blog/DQmPLNtMjkGnL5goEWzyVjyAL27x8QP9kUp76SMoPgR6stm/nurdiani%20latifah.jpg

Nurdiani Latifah My name is Nurdiani Latifah.
