Purwakarta Station, Gothic Architecture and Unique Stacks of Cars
<div class="text-justify">
Hi everybody. How are you? I hope you are well and happy. I want to share the most beautiful place I've ever been. I visited a station, the place is simple but has a very high aesthetic value. I don't visit often, I visited this place only 3 times. I use this route when there is no return fare to Bandung. If I go this route, the fare I spend is only IDR 15,000. If using travel or other trains, I have to issue a ticket up to IDR 150,000. but, with the cheap ticket price, I have to pay for it with long hours of travel.

Other than that, I'm interested in this building. The building became a station which was inaugurated during the Dutch colonial period. Everything is intact, nothing broken. By the way, I forgot to introduce the station name. The name of this station is Purwakarta Station. Before I tell you more about this place, I would like to tell you that the station was completed in 1902. The building has not undergone any changes. I am amazed by the care of this place.

It has a gothic style, which was famous that year. Apart from being a station, it turns out that this place is a witness to a lot of history that happened in Purwakarta. If you look at this building from the outside, I'm sure you'd think it was an architectural builder during the Dutch colonial period. This architectural style is a blend of European and traditional Indonesian architecture. This character is called the architecture of the Dutch East Indies.

Of the many European architecture that has ever existed and I've seen it, this building is considered very simple. The facades are plural and like any other station built in 1880-1910. I have visited several stations, but I do not post in this community. I want to explain a little about the character of this building. I explained that this building has a European influence, exactly the ancient Greek influence. it can be seen from the asymmetrical shape of the building on the side, all sides in one integrated form.

Apart from that, you can see windows, walls, roofs, and doors. All arranged into one in one building composition. If we ever visit Tanjung Priok station (I've visited this station, but I don't have a photo of Tanjung Priok station), it's similar to Tanjung Priok station. Then, where is the local part or the traditional layout?

In traditional practice woodworking on roofs and canopies. From the information I got, I'm actually still amazed by this building. Very beautiful and majestic. This station has the most sophisticated design in the Dutch era. Because the architecture of this building applies to the art of early modern architecture. From the information I got, this station is one of the big stations serving long-distance passengers from various classes.

Apart from the unusual and distinctive building, the station has a number of neatly stacked carriages. it makes a beautiful building. If you look closely, you may be amazed by its uniqueness. You don't think you can create such a unique architectural design. The stacked carriages rise to a height of 7 meters. The train carriages come from various variations of trains. From economy trains, ac economy to KRL. In fact, it looked old, rusty and full of streaks.

Collisions are often a photo spot for visitors who have just passed through the area. From the information I got, if the carriages are old. And no longer have spare parts. The average car operates in the 1980s. There are 181 carriages stacked. In one form or another, some are stacked in three layers and form a pyramid. Very unique isn't it?
