Research has shown that most people after they arrive back at home, having spent a long day at the office usually settle down in front of their computing devices (Laptop or mobile phone), get a drink, eat and get back into the business of computer again. The current launching of better by far social media ‘[Steemit](steemit.com)’ is even making many people to resign from their various underemployment jobs let alone long-term unemployed youths who now concentrate more on [steemit](steemit.com) rewarding and enlighten community. No wonder, I could not remember the last time I open my facebook account. All roads lead to [Steemit](steemit.com). It is unbelievable how we choose to learn, communicate and make transaction with people we have not met before and which there is no guarantee that we will meet, through social media channels like [Steemit](steemit.com), [steemStem](steemit.com/channel/steemSTEM), [Facebook](facebook.com) and [Twitter](twitter.com), all these are very possible. **WHAT MAKES THESE HAPPEN? WHY IS COMMUNICATION AND TRANSACTION SO EASY NOWADAYS UNLIKE THOSE DAYS BEFORE THE INVENTION OF INTERNET AND WORLD WIDE WEB?** <center></center> <center>[source](http://www.basicknowledge101.com/subjects/internet.html)</center> Without taking much time in thinking and researching, the answer is nothing more than **INTERNET AND WORLDWIDE WEB**. Both Internet and World Wide Web have revolutionized the way we relate with our community; many people cannot evendifferentiate between both worlds, they are often used interchangeably because of their similar usage in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) settings, though the two terms are not the same. The Internet and the World Wide Web are two different but related words. It behoves us to deeply look into these two important technological innovations that have not only changed our life but the way we live and communicate with one and others over the years. <center>**THE INTERNET**</center> The world Internet was derived from two words “Interconnection” and “Network”. With this fast rate at which people are joining the community and getting rewards for their original content without sentiment and bias, Would Steemit not be the highest number of users in the next five years? would steemit reign forever? what next after Steemit?
