How I feel about all substances now...
## But... It's Just Pot, Right?
#### Last week I posted about how I was in a rehab facility and how I came to be here. I also started writing a series on photography basics as it is a subject I know about and wanted to cover something that I have not written about much. Today I am just writing an update post about how things are going. Honestly, they could be a lot better. My wife has decided that she is going to go ahead with a divorce and I am going to be going back to the Endeavor House, where I started this whole journey. Maybe this time I can get it right. To think it all started with smoking weed, but eventually led to taking Vicodin, and would have led me right back to Heroin again shows the insidious nature of addiction.
## Back To It...
#### The rehab facility I am in allows us limited access to the internet, but apparently, we are not supposed to be on social media, and someone had hacked the firewall to allow it. They say addicts are smart, and I guess they really are! They had the computer room shut down for a couple of days, but now, we have access again. Tomorrow, I will continue my series on photography basics. I have about two more weeks here before I discharge, and I do not want to bore you with rehab details. Trust me, it is not exciting, but it is necessary, at least for someone like me.
## Short and Sweet...
#### Well that is about it for today. I really just wanted to give a quick update as I had not posted in a while. Tomorrow, I will be back to posting daily, hopefully anyway, barring something else happening beyond my control. That is another thing that is big in the recovery community, "Let go and let God." A hard one to learn, but necessary!
