Cam's henchmen decide to just offer "moral support"... **Nerd By Northwest #267 – “Better Part of Valor”** _(Click on the image to see the full-size version)_ <a href="https://images.hive.blog/DQmZgrrvS5NpdMZphMGBsCzjeXdiSGkMA9BNimEszP1vsxx/NBNW0267.jpg"> <img src="https://images.hive.blog/DQmZgrrvS5NpdMZphMGBsCzjeXdiSGkMA9BNimEszP1vsxx/NBNW0267.jpg"></img></a> --- Not a whole lot of subtext or background for this week's comic, other than I felt it was long overdue to draw an epic battle scene. The last one was WAY back, during the "Half-Life" crossover event some years ago. So this battle scene was way overdue! And this has got _everything!_ There's Sir Marko using the war pick Ironfang's "Shatter" powers on Imix the Prince of Elemental Fire. We've got Naya the druid flying around calling down and shooting lightning from the air elemental spear Windvane. You've got Vanifer hurling large fire spells at Magnus the Magnificent, which he blocks while barely breaking a sweat. And... _of course_... you've got Brentwick the squire getting his ass handed to him. Yet again. Alright, I admit it; that last part was 50% of the motivation for the strip. Okay okay... maybe it was closer to 60%. But definitely not more than 70%. Okay fine, it was 95%. Brentwick just needed his ass beat again.
