As I wrote earlier, me and my son is on a mission to get fit for summer. We have now done 4 sessions, and should have aprox 86 sessions left until I am getting married with his beautiful mother - therefore it is important that we stick to the schedule and complete the mission. He is a young guy, only 16, so he has completely different routines than me - thats why he is a boy and not a man. One of them is to wake up early by himself, and since I have dragged him out of the bed in the mornings this week he asked for a break today. I can give him a break from the morning training if we delay it until lunch, because I like to stick to the schedule ๐ we will see what happens when he wakes up - with a little help from his mother we will accomplish this week as we started it with 3000 meter rowing, 3 * 10 push ups and sit ups and finish with 3 * 10 minutes Sauna. Next week we will have a bit more variety in the fitness, so - when monday comes, he will pick an exercise he want for the particular musclegroup we are doing - and we do ๐ and after I pick a different exercise for the same muclegroup, and thats how we move on. This is just to make it more fun for us both, and interesting while we move forward to the summer. For me it is just a simple and trendy way to get my fruits. You might be the one who lives in subtropical areas and have access to fresh green plants and vegetabels every day. Being from Norway this is not the story, we have winter almost all year so we always looks for alternative ways to get the best food. PS. wish me good luck in convincing my son that he needs to complete the 5th session in this week fitnessprogram ๐
