دولة تحدت الصعاب وقهرت الظروف واستطاع الصعود إلى القمة، صممت على تغيير وضعها ورفضت الاستسلام للظروف القاسية، خرجت من وسط التخلف والجهل ومن الحياة البدائية والفقر وقدمت تجربة فريدة من نوعها ألهمت بها شعوب العالم، أجل إنها البرازيل أو ما تعرف بـ "اليابان الجديدة".

**بداية النهضة البرازيلية**


حققت البرازيل نجاحاً باهراً في مجال التنمية الاقتصادية في الفترة الواقعة بين 1968_1973، جاء ذلك بعد الانقلاب العسكري عام 1964 والذي خَلَفَهُ نظام جديد وضع الاهتمام بالمجالين الاقتصادي والسياسي نصب عينيه، ولتحقيق ذلك تم تعيين حكومة تكنوقراط برئاسة الاقتصادي البروفسير Delfimnetoo والذي يعتبر رائد النهضة البرازيلية في تلك الفترة.


بدأت النهضة الاقتصادية تلقي بظلالها على كافة مناحي الحياة في البرازيل فبعد أن كان أكثر من نصف سكانها يعيشون حياة ريفية صعبة وقاسية، أصبح 67% من السكان يعيشون في مدن متحضرة ومتطورة ولها بنية تحتية قوية وبها كافة ضروريات الحياة من جامعات وجسور ومستشفيات.

**سنوات المعاناة**


في سنة 1979 حلت في العالم أزمة نفط بدون أية مقدمات مما سبب تراجع كبير في تقدم البرازيل، حيث ارتفعت اسعار وارادت النفط البرازيلية الأمر الذي أدى لارتفاع معدلات الفائدة مما أدى لعجز كبير في ميزان البرازيل التجاري، كان هذا بمثابة الضربة القاسية للبرازيل والذي سبب لها الكثير من المشاكل على رأسها الديون الخارجية والتي وصلت بالبرازيل إلى اعلى مستوى للديون على مستوى العالم.

**ظهور المنقذ**


كانت البرازيل كالمركب الذي تتقاذفه الأمواج فقد أحاطته المشاكل من جميع الجهات، عندها وصل إلى الحكم الشاب البرازيلي لولا دا سيلفا، كان فقيراً معدماً عاش حياته في الكفاح السياسي.


كانت بداية صعبة للرئيس الجديد فبلاده غارقة في الديون وقاربت على الإفلاس والوضع يزداد سوءاً، فوافق مرغماً على شروط صندوق النقد الدولي وحصل على قرض بقيمة 30  مليار دولار وقام بالعديد من الإصلاحات الاقتصادية وقدم عدداً من الاقتراحات من تشجيع للتصنيع واتبع سياسة إحلال الواردات بالإضافة لتشجيع الزراعة والسياحة .


حققت البرازيل نجاحات باهرة وصعد بها دا سيلفا نحو القمة حيث أنقذ البرازيل من واحدة تعتبر أسوأ الازمات التي عرفها التاريخ، نجح في قيادة شعبه وإخراجه من حالة الإحباط والانكسار وطبق قانون الفكرة يمكن أن تضعف لكنها لا تموت.


وفي عام 2010 حصلت البرازيل على المركز السابع عالمياً من ناحية قوة الاقتصاد، وأصبحت واحدة من الدول التي حققت معدلات نمو قوية أنعشت اقتصاد العالم.</center>
