Bajai Boot Camp 6: Running Session Pat XXVI

<p>Monday is still Monday regardless of whether it's a work day or not. Even though I didn't drink over the weekend it still did something to me. I had a slight headache when I woke that kept in bed longer than was most efficient. I imagined, apparently not strongly enough, that I'd get up and run at the crack of dawn. Didn't happen... thus, between the errands and appointment(s) I had today there was time to get a run in. No matter, I walked 20 minutes - which has its own benefits and taught a group exercise (GX) class at the Y.&nbsp;</p>
<p>So the story today isn't so much about the run as having gotten a bit stronger with the balance practice... which might be attributed to the practice itself, but could also be a result of running also. I only do this stuff once a week, or so. Part of my morning routing is doing the exercises that will strengthen my core and help with getting my legs up in the air as I balance on my hands and nose. Next progression is to get the nose off the floor. I did hold it a split-second this time around. It will come. There's no deadline. That's what makes it great for me. I'm not training for a competition. I may not even be doing it "<em>right</em>," however I have no concept of what right is. The goal is stronger core strength and the longer I can hold it and the straighter I can hold my legs, the stronger my core has become.&nbsp;</p>
<p>So that's it for today. Nothing too deep. There are some "<em>guests</em>" in the video, as I do this before class sometimes people come in and chit-chat for a while. (Of course they're welcome, I probably hit the pose better/stronger because I have an audience.)&nbsp;</p>
