This one dish is very unique there, because it has a unique taste. If usually woku is prepared with pieces of chicken, this time I will give another surprise for you vegan lovers, namely preparing it with vegan ingredients, namely tempeh.**  Well, here I want vegetarians all over the world to be able to also enjoy woku seasoning without the use of animal products, of course. Doesn't it sound very interesting, the woku seasoning is distinctive and has a quite different fragrance from my typical regional dishes which usually have a strong aroma of spices. The fragrance of the woku seasoning has a different aroma and taste, emanating from the wet spices and basil or spring onions so that it has a very delicious taste. Here I don't use basil leaves because I can't find them, but the taste is still no less delicious than usual.
