* Form round again and make the shape into a pumpkin or according to taste. Then I proofing for about 1 hour so that it expands twice.

Pumpkin buns are ready to be served, serve them warm to make them more delicious, yeah buns are really delicious after steaming. I steamed all the buns but the ones I didn't enjoy or the leftovers I kept in the refrigerator. The next day when I wanted to enjoy it, I took it out and steamed it again, it still tasted the same.

The bakpau is very soft and the pumpkin puree makes this dish even more beautiful. The color is bright yellow and the filling is also very pretty. My husband and I loved it so much that he even finished a few pieces in no time.

The taste is sweet, moist and also the texture is very soft I'm sure anyone who tries it will definitely be addicted. What I like the most is that the jam goes very well with the buns which are made from pumpkin too.
