I did all the parts myself, while house-sitting my sister's house where she had a piano... It was done on a netbook, using Ableton Live and some pirated Russian plug-ins... And my Martin guitar... (sigh) Around new year's that year, I turned a costco pretzel jug into a DIY space helmet... After huge success at a new year's party, I knew I had to make a video... No training in film production... No acting direction... No sound equipment for the video shoot... What could go wrong? Overall, this song represents well, the DIY songwriter's perspective, giving heart and soul to no response whatsoever... The irony becomes more than most can bear... For those people, go listen to my hero, Beck! Anyway, peace and love y'all...  You know... For KARMA!!
