This is the flood plain of the river *Dinkel* in The Netherlands in the evening:  *<sup>Olympus XZ-1, 60mm, ISO400, f8, 1/640s</sup>* We Dutch are well capable of keeping rivers inside their banks, but sometimes it is better for both nature and water control to allow flooding in some places; this is such a place.
