Two Flowers, One Tree
At least, that's what I thought initially when I saw this tree, but it turned out the red bits are young leaves:

A bonus photo: some *forget-me-nots* (Myosotis sp.), *vergeet-mij-nietjes* in Dutch, I found nearby:

There are dozens of species of this little plant, and most are native to western Eurasia and New Zealand, with a few species scattered over the Americas and Papua New Guinea. Garden escapees have conquered the rest of the world.
