I dragged my feet on putting my music out into the world. Out of fear, I kept my songs to myself and hid most of my creativity from prying eyes.

For  years, I dealt with poor self-esteem and general disillusionment with my creative abilities.  It feels nice to be at a point in my life where I don't fear feedback, positive or negative, on my creative work.

I've actually begun to seek it out, as it helps me to improve.
