<div class="text-justify"> ## Hello, everyone. I welcome you to my blog. I do enjoy traveling, but I have had several experiences on the road, some good and some bad, but the last one I had superseded all the bad ones I have heard over the years. Traveling can be fun, but there are certain things that make it fun for me, and without these things, there's no fun, and the journey will turn out to be a boring and unmemorable one. One of the things that makes any journey fun for me is my phone and, most of all, loud music playing in my ears, blocking all the noise from the vehicle. designed in canva. I traveled home for Christmas, and after the celebration was over, it was time to return to my cell (school). Time away from school is what I always long for, as the stress can be frustrating. Two days before the day I was supposed to travel, there was a power outage, but since my house was far from the gas station, I was feeling too lazy to go and get gas, so I kept telling myself they would restore power before the deal day. Since my phone's battery does not die easily, it was even more reason not to bother. Despite having a power outage, it did not stop me from pressing the phone to stupor. My power bank, which is like a national symbol of my country, was dead already, but I kept giving myself hope that power would be restored. I was shocked to my bone marrow when I woke up on the day I planned to travel and my phone was 5%. I knew I was about to embark on a bad journey, and that was a bad sign, but I had things to do and friends already expecting me, so I still embarked on the journey. I arrived at the bus station quite late since I was waiting for the miracle I was hoping for all this time. Not even a blink, and I packed my bag and left for the bus station. I was the last person to pay for my ticket, and the moment I paid, they started loading the bus. Passengers who came home to celebrate Christmas are going back, as are some students like myself and some workers. I saw another bad sign about the journey: when the loading was done, the vehicle refused to start, and they had to call the company mechanic. After he touched a few things in the engine, the vehicle started, and we were en route. About 2 hours into the journey, there was smoke coming out of the engine, and we had to stop. The driver did what he knew, saying fuel was overflowing. For the first time in my life, I was traveling without music. I was trying to manage my battery. The bus refused to start again, and he had to go looking for a mechanic. It pained me that we were in the middle of the bush, and there was no way I was going to use the opportunity to charge. Everyone got busy with their phones while I looked at them, trying to avoid the temptation of doing the same. I later fell for the temptation, and my phone died. That's when I knew the definition of a boring journey. The journey back to school early this year is the worst journey I have ever embarked on. There was nothing to keep me going throughout the journey; I just kept staring at the luggage. I think this is my worst experience so far in this month of January, and I don't wish to ever experience such a thing again. I felt incomplete traveling with my phone off. **Thanks for reading my post.** </div>
