<h6> There are many things that can keep you from achieving what you have set out to achieve. Life is very short from the stand point of working on your dreams and if you don't want to spend your last days in regret then you have to buckle up and work </h6>

<h6> Self Confidence have always been a variable for success. It is the only quality that strenghtens you in the face of adversity. It has everything to do with the furture you want to create. It is an inner persuasion tha your difference is divine </h6>

<h6>Even though you are gifted, you will have to develop self confidence to gain the rewards of your gift. Self confidence is a realisation that no one else have what you have. Similarity creates comfort, your difference creates your reward </h6>

<h6> And with most things in Life there is no middle ground for it. If you don't live in self confidence you will live in self doubt. Self confidence is your ticket of exit from your present season. Merely seating down to day dream about what you want to achieve will not do you  any good </h6>

<h6> There are a of people who are not comfortable with adversity, they want things to go smoothly for them. The truth is that if you don't find your self facing giants in whatever field you are then you have not started to reach for greateness. Giants are signposts of your promised land. They signify your exit from mediocrity </h6>

<h6> Thoughts are what shape you. You will always act like you think. And looking for the approval of others won't help matters. People will always despise your difference </h6>

<h6> You have to know that your difference is Important, there are people who need it to move ahead in Life and when you fail to rise to the occassion you are robbing them of your difference </h6> 

<h6> You have to have to recognize your personal difference and market it. You have to learn to embrace obvious opportunities. You also have to learn to solve small problems qucikly, they are what gives you the access to solve bigger problems </h6>

<h6> Lack of self confidence is mostly caused by the things people hear growing up, a lot of people have been held back by the colour of their skin or by where they come from. It is the things you hear that determine what you see in yourself . You have to learn the art of self talk which involves you telling yourself the things you need to hear to get ahead </h6>
