<h6> Hello Everyone. It is finally good to be back. If you are one of my followers you would have noticed my absence for the past six days, thats a huge deviation from my one post a day policy </h6>

<h6> The truth of the matter is that this previous week was a wildly productive one for me as I met a lot of amazing people that I have only had contact with online </h6>

<h6> I have always talked about the Importance of zero expectations when providing value. When you provide value to people because you are expecting those nifty micro rewards it will provide you, then you are yet to discover the real power of a shared economy </h6>

<h6> You have to learn to apply the Micro - Macro principle in anything you are doing. I first talke dabout the Micro-Macro principle last year when I was dealing on the issue of Blog growth. A lot of people wanted to open a blog and become Whales over night without Investment. Now if you can afford to buy STEEM and power up then that's awesome but If you csn't afford that then you have to take the normal route </h6>

<h6> This does not mean you can't work with Speed, but you have to learn to use Micro Speed and Macro Patience. In you day to day activities like writing and interacting with others yiu have to be fast, reply messages or comments, reacting to the culture of the Platform and so on. </h6>

<h6> But when it comes to your main goal of growing a huge account, you have to be patient and know that it is the work you put in the Micro that will bring the Big results you want. </h6>

<h6> Following the spirit of our Monthly developememt Prompts, Februaury is the Month of connection, which means this is the period of time wne you take actions that will connect you with the people that will help you reach your desired goal </h6>

<h6> This connection goes beyond just reaching out to people you feel will give you value, It also involves positioning yourself as a person of value, so that that people will want to connect with you</h6>

<h6> I got the honour of being Invited to the Lauch of Digital Aboundance In Lagos, @tojukaka, @ejemai and @evelyniroh was also in attendance and I could say it was an awesome experience</h6>

<h6> When you are a person who give value people notice and even if you are not told, you will reap the rewards when the occassion arises, when you look beyond the Micro rewards, the Macro rewards which will beat everything you Imagined will always come </h6>

<h6> Digital Abundance is a Blockchain Company that have been making waves since last year. The Company have made a lot of Millionaries and led by the amazing [Mr Chris Ani](www.steemit.com/@chrisani) they have made a lot of contribution to the Blockchain Space. Present at the event was the CEO of Cryptogene the amazing Bash, Nataniel Luz a DASH ambassador in Nigeria ,Babz the CEO of Crypton Africa, the Amazing JerryBarz who is deeply respected in the Blckchain Space and also a whole lot of amazing people</h6>

<h6> I also had a good understanding of meeting with people when it comes to @ejemai and @tojukaka, apart from Interacting online, talking In person gives room for synergy of mind in real time. I also met with other Steemians like @samstickkz , @ewuoso, @bob-erl, @xpressng who came for the Enugu Meetup </h6>

<h6> The Blockchain is currently like real estate and those who have an understanding of what is going on are buying up choice plots of Land without toeing the path of those who are more concerned of which coin is mooning and when they can get to buy a Lambo </h6>

<h6> The revolution is happening right beneath our noses and if you are not careful the government will step in like they always do and ruin everything for us. And if you are Interested in going into the Blockchain but have no idea of what to work towards, the following are places that have a huge opening </h6>

<h6>We have to tackle the issue of bringing Crypto to third worlds, Micro transactions need to be worked out so that people who earn less will not have to be overburdened with fees. We also have to work towards all things that can be decentralized. There is also the segement of Blockchain education and awareness </h6>

<h6> In the race for Millions most people are ignoring the thing that matters the most, the long term infrastructure. You also need to develop emphaty as it is Important in working with people. Most time the people we discount are the ones who end up counting the most, and a lot of people are saddled with a lot of insecurities when it comes to knowing how thay can be relevant in this space </h6>

<h6> The truth is that if you are good enough, you will win. You just have to triple down on your strenghts and cut out your witnesses. This predominant race for perfection is what have turned out to be a stumbling block for most people</h6>

<h6> You will have to develop self  awareness as it is vital to whatever you are doing. </h6>

<h6> We are also in a period of optic gaming where people see the need to show others how well off they were. We witnessing a backlash o this here on Steemit where people are having bandwith issues due to low Steem power and this are not newbies who are still starting out , this are people who have been on this platform but see no need to retain their Investment here. They resolve to withdrawing all their earnings and some are even powering down the little Steem they have </h6>

<h6> Money is not a variable for hapiness, practicality and patience is what will change your life. When you game the truth, you become vulnerable </h6>
