If the heart is not prepared, a little failure can make anyone quit. One of the major reasons behind this advice is the need for liberation: financial, social and economic liberation. Having something you have a controlling shares gives you the opportunity to live life better. When you are getting paid as an employee, the future is still uncertain unlike when you own your business. Owning your own business means you own your time, it means you now decide on issues that affect the society, you become an element of change. It is now left to you to make the change you impact, a positive or negative one. Initiate something. The world needs more of initiators than anything else. So, start it. Just do it. Take that step, don't be scared.
