Beloved readers, my mind has driven me to another fundamental issue namely, the will to succeed. Yes, it is a very serious issue because most people that fail in life do so due to their inability to understand human nature. No man is actually better than another. Comparison of people is based on some external factors but not based on their nature. We are all humans in the same way, naturally; but we are different in terms of our effort to harness our potentials. The zest to reach our human limits is a matter of choice.

LIFE IS CHOICE-DRIVEN

Life is beautiful, so most people say, but those that experience the beauty therein are those that have taken the time to do what is right. It is my humble submission that life provides the living with options: haven or hell. A foremost American philosopher, William James, wrote a superb essay, "The Will to Believe" in which he submitted that life presents the living with choices, which he calls OPTIONS. I am in total agreeance with him, because everything we do is done out of the choice we made. For every intention there is a serious deliberation within us, two voices arguing inside. The choices we make are very important. Great men are so known because of tough decisions they made. The tougher the DECISION, the greater the DECIDER. Our world becomes HAVEN when we take good decisions, but HELL when we take bad decisions. But what are the factors responsible for making the right decisions? Education, experience, and will power are all determinants of decision-making, but I shall focus on will power today.

THE WILL-POWER AND DECISION-MAKING

There is always more to every man, but only those who earnestly seek it find it. Earnestly seeking is itself another way of understanding will power. The earnest seeker is the subject whose goal of demystifying an object is indefatigable. The virtue in the unflinching knowledge adventurer is will power, a force in him that urges him on; that tells him he must get there, his natural capacity notwithstanding. The wilful person leaves no room for distraction or discouragement; he just keeps moving, circumventing obstacles, creating new paths where there is none. The fire that burns in him is unquenchable and because he is wilful, he easily decides against the inner voice that tries to dissuade him.

Great men are those that make use of their will power. The will power does not allow for protracted (prolonged) deliberation. Where there is a WILL, there, certainly, is a WAY. You are not different from/than that successful person. He is not a magician but someone who makes use of his will. A word of caution: the presence of will in us does not mean we shall always succeed. In fact, your will is put into full use when you keep trying against all odds. Abraham Lincoln is regarded as one of the most wilful humans in the world, and I am sure know why. Abraham Lincoln became an American President after having failed several times. What a great feat! Become the Abraham Lincoln in your business, academy, university, and official duties today. Always tell yourself, "There is more inside". Keep saying it. Keep moving. Don't ever stop! Stoke the fire inside. My beloved reader, there is always more inside. Don't be complacent. Don't rest on your oars. Don't say, "I have done enough". The nature of man is elastic. There is always more we can do.
