How I have missed out for some times now. But I am happy to participate in today's cleaning exercise. Just as we know that cleaning is very important in human life because it contributes to a good health. For this reason, I don't really like to miss out but since life is full of ups and downs I don't have choice than to respect my body conditions whenever it complains.

HOW pleasant it is to live in clean, uncontaminated surroundings! However, with the increase of garbage and refuse in cities, it is ever more difficult to keep our environment clean and orderly. But regular cleaning exercise can make the difficult situation soft and possible. As we all join hands together for united we stand.

Truly, the Municipal governments strive to keep streets clean by arranging for garbage collection systems, but in spite of this, trash accumulates in some areas, where it becomes unsightly and a threat to public health. More especially in most African countries. Accumulated garbage can contribute to an increase in the population of rats, cockroaches, and other pests that cause illness. Is there anything that you can do about the situation? Yes, keep your home and surroundings clean and neat.
