Do you like to run (jogging)? Is ecology important to you? If both of the answers are YES, then the* plogging* is the term you will be happy to embrace.  
My wife came home yesterday with this idea that we can star PLOGGING, so I made a small research what is all about. I read a lot of articles about it and find it very interesting and was impressed by the whole movement.

 Plogging involves running and cleaning, so while running, you can clean the garbage and thus make the world the more beautiful place for all of us.
Plogging is a combination of jogging with picking up garbage. As a workout, it provides variation in body movements by adding bending, squatting and stretching to the main action of running.

This concept of "running and cleaning" has come from Sweden, and the basic idea is to help the environment by collecting garbage while running. The thing is that you can "plogg" anywhere in the world and take care of the environment globally.

The trend began two years ago, and the Swedes soon raised it to a higher level by setting up plogging clubs across the country.
If you like to run, forget about jogging and choose plogging instead. Every day Plogging becomes more popular, especially in the UK, but also in France, so in Paris there is a community called PloggingFrance. India, Malaysia, Turkey and some other countries also joined this trend.

Have you recently spotted people toting trash bags while jogging? Or their hands filled with old plastic bottles? You might soon. Apparently "plogging" is the newest exercise trend, and we might actually be willing to try this.

If plogging has not yet arrived to your country, you really don't need any association to get out and start to  "plogg"
