#### Have a wonderful day everyone! How are you, food lovers? We are now on Hajj month of the Lunar calendar, the last month of the year. Everyone is fasting and we have to eat after the sunset. <center> #### Cooking for myself Cooking food like the way how my grandmother taught me and I would like to share it with you. Sometimes, we used banana leaves, and sometimes it was the young leaves of the mango. It adds an aromatic scent and eliminates bad taste. So now, I used the mango leaves.  *How to cook the simple recipe?* #### Ingredients: 10 pcs fish(mackerel) Onions Garlic Eggplant Ginger Bell pepper Mango leaves Oil Vinegar Tamarind Salt </center> #### Procedures Clean the fishes thoroughly and drained them.  Slice all the vegetables and spices.  We need a lot of garlic. Garlic could help lower our blood pressure.  Wrap the fish with mango leaves.  Arrange all the stuff in a casserole and make it sure it is wrapped tightly.  Add the vinegar, soy sauce, and tamarind sauce plus enough salt according to your desired taste. Do not go on more salt. We should be awre that salt cause hypertension.  Bring it to boil in moderate heat and avoid burning the bottom part.  Add 2 tablespoons of oil after cooking and bring it back to the fire for 5 minutes. Please use olive oil.  The best cooking procedures of my grandmother, my beloved lola who left me 6 years ago. She is noe in heaven.  The mango tree was planted by me 7 years ago in the vacant lot of my employer's house. Now it bears flowers and we already taste the mango fruits lately.
