The Need To Manage Anger : My Encounter With A Bus Driver
**As I sit in my empty class** waiting for my student to resume from there brief holiday, I was writing my scheme of work when I recall the experience I had on my from to work .

###### My encounter with a commercial bus driver  today was discouraging and an incident a sad one at that.

I was enroute  Ikotun Axis,and I was stuck I asked a man standing by the pavement tell me were to board a vehicle going to mushin,if he can point me to the right direction, he looked at me and pointed in the opposite direction without saying a word, I further asked him if I can get a direct bus going to mushin, and he said and I quote “**Oga please stop bothering me”**and he immediately walked by and brushed me as he made his way towards the opposite side of he road,I was shocked and I followed Him to inquire if he was angry because I asked him for directions and he snubbed me and left .

Some people go through mental and physical stress, and they tranfer it as an agression to other equiped with this knowlegde i felt bad but i let it go .
Now just thinking about a problem isnt enough looking for a solution will be along way to puting stress to rest.

If your job overwhelming look for games,interests,stuffs that that takes your mind off work for a while it help in bringing down the blood pressure.

I look forward to seeing people in the workforce being pleasant and less stressful .
