*[Blockchain Version of Bad Bots](https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/bots-vs-humansthe-rise-machines-alex-goode)* ___

_**[Image Source](http://www.liveshop.se/news/)**_
Spamming is a menace to us all, and this is mostly perpetrated by Some Malicious Bots!
For a _**fantastic More than social media platform**_ like Steemit yet to go mainstream looking to flourish once it does, user adoption/sustainability is becoming pain in the ass because of BOT infestation!
WHY?
Approving new accounts onto the platform requires criteria that combat Spam account which i believed is reviewed manually or automated, either ways many of us believe that is one of the reason for account verification delay. And this is pissing off some potential new comers trying to join steemit. Imagine creating multiple accounts by the same individual just to carry out some ungodly acts like comment spamming unsolicitedly? Comment Spamming is now like a cyber attack which is carried out by this Battalion of Bots, the reason for this is not clear but one thing is certain; the humans behind this acts can be likened to terrorists and insurgent just like in real life!
THE TRAVAILS THEY CAUSE
 _**[Bad Bots](https://zvelo.com/malware-bots-vs-ad-fraud-bots/)**_ ___

_**[Good Bots](http://blog.qmetry.com/can-bots-help-to-improve-the-quality-of-software/)**_ Undisputedly not all Bots are bad, depending on what they are programmed to do. But some this Bots do not only cause nuisance on Steemit and all platforms, they cause issues right from signing up i.e giving Steemit Devs on the back end tough and log time to verify real and Artificial accounts. Like we all know, several people are wary of waiting for days to get their passkeys. Like @stresskiller suggested in a comment to @steemblog post on the State of August Expansion on Steemit. He/she said and i quote: >>>Mute should have negative impacts on Reputations which could make it easier instead of flagging this unwanted Bugging Spamming Bots (and some Humans). A hard fact to be swallowed because the creators of this Bots knows the impact of what their creations has on the Steemit Eco-system but they still went on to make and implements them with this commands to spam the hell out of people. Structural combating of this Bots needs constant addressing to avoid the unsolicited menace sink Steemit for the Real and Actual users. Even though there are more helpful Bots than the trouble making ones, we still need a stern approach.

_**[Humans/Good Bots Vs Bad Bots](http://blog.adcash.com/bot-traffic-adcash-traffic-quality/)**_ From my point of view, humans aggregations for unnecessary Authority and power had brought us all to where we are and made this annoying unavoidable entities. Reason is people wants automatic upvotes and rewards soaring high(Everyone wants to make money fast, be a Whale and become Ultra Powerful overnight. Everyday is one hell of ride for Steemit Inc and it's Devs team both front and Back end. Sorry guys, i wish i could help relief you of some of this headaches; but alas, i could do nothing except flagging some of this Bots Spammers that pops up in my posts and my friends posts. Hopefully, all users gets the cue and together we battle this Machines.
Let's send this unsolicited spammers into the Abyss and make Steemit whole again!
___ ___
UPVOTE, RESTEEM, FOLLOW AND MAYBE DROP A COMMENT.....It's your friendly Neighbor @oluwoleolaide for Steem-Lagos-Nigeria-Africa-World!
___
https://s26.postimg.org/ip86cqf0p/IMG-20170901-_WA0018.jpg
Badge courtesy of @jodi.pamungkas
