Saludos mis queridos amigos; por acá andamos nuevamente con una experiencia, a causa de una reciente cirugía en una de mis manos. Aunque es un poco complicado escribir con una mano; lo estamos haciendo, mientras busco otras formas de crear durante mi recuperación. Por lo pronto, vamos a drenar un poco sobre este tema que me causó mucha frustración, y así se enteren sobre lo sucedido y lo posterior a la caída culpable del daño. >Sagittal Band Reconstruction: Surgery. Greetings my dear friends; here we go again with an experience, due to a recent surgery on one of my hands. Although it is a bit complicated to write with one hand; we are doing it, while I look for other ways to create during my recovery. In the meantime, let's drain a little bit about this topic that caused me a lot of frustration, so you can find out what happened and what happened after the fall that caused the damage. <center> Portada de mi Autoría Editada en/Cover of my Authorship Edited in [Canva](https://www.canva.com/es_419/)</center> El asunto fue; que a mediados de este mes de marzo 2025, sufrí una caída; accidente que causó que cayera sobre mi mano derecha y el dedo índice quedó literalmente debajo del dedo medio; se me hacía imposible devolverlo a su estado original y me dolía mucho y cuando digo mucho, es literal. Al lado de casa contamos con un ambulatorio, acudí allí y pudieron llevarlo a la normalidad; sin embargo, aún no sabía si tenía fractura, estaba muy inflamado. Así que al día siguiente tomé una consulta con un especialista y lógicamente me hicieron radiografías. Gracias a Dios no había fractura, pero el traumatólogo me dijo que el tendón se había salido de su carril; y ciertamente veía lo que pasaba, porque cuando abría y cerraba la mano, el tendón no se mantenía sobre el nudillo, sino que se movía y quedaba en el centro del dedo índice; dedo afectado y el dedo medio. Dolía mucho y cada vez se hinchaba más, solo pensaba que era derecho y era la mano afectada. >The thing was; that in the middle of this month of March 2025, I suffered a fall; an accident that caused me to fall on my right hand and the index finger was literally under the middle finger; it was impossible to return it to its original state and it hurt me a lot and when I say a lot, it is literal. Next to our house we have an outpatient clinic, I went there and they were able to bring it back to normal; however, I still did not know if I had a fracture, it was very swollen. So the next day I took a consultation with a specialist and logically I had x-rays. >Thank God there was no fracture, but the traumatologist told me that the tendon had gone out of its lane; and I certainly saw what was happening, because when I opened and closed my hand, the tendon did not stay on the knuckle, but moved and stayed in the center of the index finger; affected finger and middle finger. It hurt a lot and it was getting more and more swollen, I just thought it was straight and it was the affected hand. <center></center> <center></center> <center></center> <center></center> Luego de la revisión con el traumatólogo; este me dijo que se debía realizar una cirugía para reparar el daño; siendo el diagnóstico Subluxación de tendón extensor del dedo índice derecho y el plan era la reconstrucción de la banda sagital. Bueno; ya había que ir tramitando la cirugía, por lo que se me entregó informe y presupuesto para tratar de buscar el dinero; 1000$ el costo de la cirugía y aquí en Venezuela la salud pública prácticamente es inexistente. La cirugía era ambulatoria, pero cirugía es cirugía; había que reparar el tendón roto. En la salud pública tenemos que llevar hasta la jeringa, si vamos aunque sea por la colocación de un tratamiento cualquiera. Gracias a Dios se pudo reunir el dinero y agradezco a mi familia y a algunos amigos del ecosistema, quienes de forma desinteresada me brindaron su valioso apoyo. >After the review with the traumatologist; he told me that a surgery should be performed to repair the damage; being the diagnosis Subluxation of the extensor tendon of the right index finger and the plan was the reconstruction of the sagittal band. Thank God we were able to raise the money and I thank my family and some friends of the ecosystem, who selflessly gave me their valuable support. <center></center> <center></center> <center></center> Aunque podía mover la mano; siempre estaba aguantando el dolor; realmente esta fue una experiencia muy traumática. Al final de todo; este viernes 23 de mayo fue el día cuando se práctico la cirugía. Ciertamente fue una cirugía ambulatoria, pero todo siempre tiene sus riesgos; además, el tiempo de recuperación es un poco lento, ya que también hay que hacer fisioterapia. Para la cirugía, la aplicación de la anestesia fue local; es decir, solo en la mano; así que me di cuenta de todo lo que hicieron. Todo salió muy bien gracias a Dios luego de una hora y media de cirugía. Ahora; estoy recuperándome y tomando el tratamiento que me indicó el médico. Debo asistir este lunes 26 de mayo para hacerme las curas correspondientes y para la colocación de la férula. Lo importante es que se ha hecho la cirugía y poco a poco estaré mejorando y pronto al 100%; nos vemos pronto amigos. >Although I could move my hand; I was always enduring the pain; this was really a very traumatic experience. Certainly it was an ambulatory surgery, but everything always has its risks; besides, the recovery time is a little slow, since you also have to do physiotherapy. >For the surgery, the application of anesthesia was local; that is to say, only in the hand; so I realized everything they did. Everything went very well thank God after an hour and a half of surgery. Now; I am recovering and taking the treatment indicated by the doctor. I must attend this Monday, May 26, to have the corresponding cures and to have the splint placed.
