A good day today, with income split between post rewards and token trading.

Not much else to add to that.

Perhaps another reminder that all these games and funds and voters in MAP FinTech operate in STEEM for the very simple reason that we are on the Steem blockchain. All the calculations and mathematical models work because we know what the underlying Steem algoirthms do. Using some third party external fiat currency doesn't work, we can't control or predict what it does. Sure, it's important when cashing out or inward investing, but the dollar price-swings tell us nothing about the Steem economy itself; it just tells us about how the economy is perceived outside. 

It also tells us nothing about how to earn STEEM. If I wanted to make profits trading the STEEM-USD rate then I wouldn't be here talking about STEEM, I'd be on an exchange trading coins.

So, if you wish to earn STEEM, you need to think in STEEM; if you have one eye on the exchange rates that's fine, but that's a trading decision, not an earning one.
