Posture is formed from early childhood. But if at school age you had a game console or were a strange admirer of books and your body, bent by the circumstances, has a far from perfect posture, then it's time to take it up right, it's possible to correct it with the proper desire and perseverance.

It is worthwhile to equip your workplace with correct and comfortable furniture. The chair should have a height regulator or be of such a height that the table should be at the level of the bent elbows. When working at the table, the neck should be straight and in no case bend forward or down, the back should be straight and pressed to the back of the chair.

Behind the posture should be watched not only when walking, but also when sitting, standing still and even during sleep. Sleep in an uncomfortable crooked posture does not help improve your posture. The ideal surface for sleep is a rigid orthopedic mattress with a flat elastic cushion. The most correct posture is lying on the back in a level position.
