## ONO’s Stance on Voting And EOS Block Producer Code of Conduct

Many EOS Block Producers have expressed a desire to cooperate with us and have suggested that we share votes with them. From the principle of fairness, we will not say which ones we are referring to.

However, because of ONO’s values, I, Ke Xu, CEO of ONO have rejected this idea. I do not think that controlling the voting mechanism with regards to Block Producers forming alliances during the election period is a good move for the EOS ecosystem.

That is an approach that would violate the original intentions of the Block Producers, which we think would lead to a corrupt environment.

Let me put in this way, as one of the 21 global Block Producer candidates, we are dedicated in our mission to do everything for the EOS ecosystem. We are not just looking for a short-term, quick fix to become an EOS Block Producer. We are looking at developing the long-term EOS environment and we are aligned with core philosophy of EOS. We believe that friendly cooperation should happen after becoming an EOS Block Producer but we don’t believe that forming voting alliances is the correct code of conduct for EOS Block Producer candidates.
