It's time we start arranging and attending local steem events in our cities...even for steemers to meetup for a cup of coffee! This main steem meetup will be a central hub for all cities. Ultimately I'm hoping that organizers will branch off and create steem chapters in their own city! <h2> Why are local events important?</h2> What better to grow our community then to meet and befriend with steemers in your area. I'm also actively building http://steemspot.com to further help this cause, I wanted the meetup group to give us additional outlets to make it happen! Building a strong offline presence, events, and steem gatherings will be instrumental in our peak success!
