Mi Nombre es Oswaldo Flores tengo 42 años, Nací y Crecí en el Socorro estado Guárico ( Venezuela) , a los 17 Años después de salir de Bachillerato Me fui a Anaco para buscar empleo y mejorar mi calidad de vida, luego a los 24 Años me fui a Maturín. En ese tiempo muchas cosas pasaron. Me tocó regresar a los 27, no tenía NADA (Material o Económico) Pero estaba casado y con un hijo, me brindaron alojó en casa de unos familiares por un tiempo, y con dedicación, esfuerzo y mucho trabajo logré comprar un terreno y construir yo mismo mi casa, y mudarme con mi esposa en ese momento y mis 2 hijos. El trabajo arduo y duro continuaba. Años después me separé de mi ex esposa, y cómo todo caballero me fui sin nada, dejándole todo lo que obtuvimos con esfuerzo para ella y mis hijos (Cómo debía ser). Pero allí estaba yo de nuevo, sin dinero, sin casa, sin Nada... Pero con esas ganas de trabajar y de salir adelanté como siempre. Para ese entonces ya era Ingeniero Civil pero me desempeñaba como Albañil. Mi creatividad, versatilidad, responsabilidad, dedicación y esfuerzo me ayudaron a pasar de Albañil a maestro de obra y tomar un Contrato que sin duda cambiaría mi vida (Y vaya que la cambió). Ya había pasado largo rato de mi separación y estaba con una nueva pareja, (Persona Clave) para ese impulso que obtuve. Teníamos planes, proyectos, metas fijas ( Habladas y Listas ) sólo de Realizar. Y justo sale todo mal, tome malas decisiones administrativas entre otras cosas (MUCHAS Cosas Pasaron) y pase de estar en lo alto a caer y estar en la NADA, con mi actual esposa embarazada de gemelos y faltando muy poco para que ellos nacieran. Justo en ese momento conocí realmente quien era familia, quien realmente era amigo, quien realmente me brindó una mano (y créanme siempre estuve para TODOS Jamás Decía que NO) y me tocó ver cómo en su mayoría cerraban la puerta en mi cara. Llegó la Ansiedad y depresión y fue un Tiempo duro y muy muy difícil. En el intento de lograr levantarme de Nuevo Conversando con mi pareja llegamos a la idea de hacer quesillos para vender (Tomando en cuenta que los bebés están recién nacidos) a Ambos nos Justa la Cocina pero ella Cambia todo (En Su Mayoría modifica TODO). Y Allí estábamos de nuevo en medio de la Nada intentando modificar la receta del Quesillo (Postre Tradicional de Venezuela). Perdimos material, quemamos vasos, nos restructuramos, continuamos y conseguimos la combinación mágica y un quesillo extraordinario. Surgió otro tema, sacar entonces el quesillo a la calle (Venta) sin tener el dinero para... Con esfuerzo y de manera muy sencilla sacamos en Venta el Quesillo Con una Receptividad increíble. <center></center> No estamos ni a la Mitad de dónde Deseamos estar pero estamos trabajando en crecer y ser mejores cada día, tanto en el negocio como en lo Personal. Podría decir que inicie desde cero, pero NO! Digamos que inicie de nuevo. (Desde Cero NO) Ya que ahora tengo Aprendizaje, experiencias, conocimientos y se muy bien lo que no Volvería a repetir, y siendo papá de 4 varones tengo mucha motivación para salir adelante. My name is Oswaldo Flores, I am 42 years old, I was born and raised in Socorro, Guárico state (Venezuela), at 17 years old after leaving high school I went to Anaco to look for a job and improve my quality of life, then at 24 years old I went to Maturín. In that time many things happened. I had to return at 27, I had NOTHING (material or economic) but I was married with a son, they offered me lodging with some relatives for a while, and with dedication, effort and hard work I managed to buy land and build my house myself, and move in with my wife at that time and my 2 children. The hard work continued. Years later I separated from my ex-wife, and like any gentleman I left with nothing, leaving her everything we had obtained with effort for her and my children (as it should be). But there I was again, with no money, no house, no nothing.... But with that desire to work and to get ahead as always. By that time I was already a Civil Engineer but I was working as a bricklayer. My creativity, versatility, responsibility, dedication and effort helped me to go from bricklayer to master builder and take a contract that would undoubtedly change my life (and it did). It had been a long time since my separation and I was with a new partner, (Key Person) for that impulse I got. We had plans, projects, fixed goals (spoken and ready) just to be achieved. And it just goes all wrong, I made bad management decisions among other things (a LOT of things happened) and I went from being on top to falling down and being in NOTHING, with my current wife pregnant with twins and very close to their birth. Right at that moment I really knew who was family, who really was a friend, who really gave me a hand (and believe me I was always there for EVERYONE, I never said NO) and I had to see how most of them closed the door in my face. Anxiety and depression came and it was a hard and very very difficult time. In an attempt to get me back on my feet, talking with my partner, we came up with the idea of making quesillos to sell (taking into account that the babies are newborns). We both love cooking but she changes everything (mostly changes EVERYTHING). And there we were again in the middle of nowhere trying to modify the recipe for Quesillo (Traditional Venezuelan Dessert). We lost material, we burned glasses, we restructured, we continued and we got the magic combination and an extraordinary quesillo. Another issue arose, then take the quesillo to the street (sale) without having the money to... With effort and in a very simple way we put the Quesillo on sale with an incredible receptivity. <center></center> We are not even HALF of where we want to be but we are working on growing and getting better every day, both in business and personally. I could say that I started from scratch, but NO! Let's say that I started from scratch (NOT from zero) because now I have learning, experiences, knowledge and I know very well what I would not repeat, and being a father of 4 boys I have a lot of motivation to get ahead.
