# Mesquite Trunk • Monomad <p> Yesterday, I photographed a mesquite tree trunk buried in the desert by the blowing sand. The dark brown wood and white sand create a nice contrast in black & white while the knobs and wood grain seem to be struggling to free themselves from this sandy grave.  # Sunset Colors <p>    I photographed the mesquite tree trunk with my Canon 5D camera and 70-200 mm lens.
