She's beautiful.  Being a tough cookie is also what adds to her charm.  She's a shining example of body positivity in action.  To pull through from pain is no easy task, I'm fearful to walk sometimes due to regular gout flareups, I can't imagine the kind of pain she's suffered through, but I'm glad she's pulled through it and managed to still bring up a smile at the end of it to show us her strength.
