This is another  day for the #celestialchallenge  as inspired by a great Knight who believes in freedom @Sirknight. We appreciate the opportunity every passing second.




# Celestial Challenge

On today's celestial challenge tagged "Light", I am going to concentrate on the message I titled "walking in the light Of God". If you are not too busy, join me as we begin this wonderful exposition.


## Walking  The Light Of God

The word of God Speaking in the book of Psalm 115 vs 109 says;
>Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Likewise, In Isaiah 2 vs 5, it says;
>O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the LORD

What does this two passage tell us?. While the first one talks about the fact that the only assured direction we can follow and boldly be confident is God direction, the second passage stresses the importance in walking in God's light. The fact remains that several Christians are still professing Christ but still live in darkness today. Imagine  two scenarios here;
* a man who has no knowledge of steemchurch and has never posted on it before passing through a difficult time in his life and overcomes

* another man who posts in steemchurch everyday as well as other Christian communities on steemit but passes through a difficult time and does not overcome. The scenarios may just be explained that one found a light but never used.

Have you ever seen someone driving at night and not having headlights?. Yes I have seen and despite how slow he was going so as not have accident, another car which had light and was moving quite fast collided with it. That's always the story. God's word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our paths. In Genesis 1 vs 1 - 4, it says;

>In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.
 4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.

This only goes to show us that even before God created light,  there was darkness upon the face of the deep. But God's light caused a change, it brought freedom form darkness in our lives. Psalm 43 vs 3 says;

>O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles.

This only means that we need the light of God's path to guide us through especially in this wicked world that we are where there is oppression and all sort of other vices. Without God's light, we cannot find true freedom, liberty and peace.


### Which Light Should I Follow?

If you have been wondering of the light to follow, then worry no more just look at the scriptures below;
>John 1 vs 14 - And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

>John 1 vs 9 -  If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

>John 8 vs 12 - Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.


You are convinced now right?...
According to John 14 vs 6 , it establishes a strong fact that;
