Hello everyone,I'm here to show you how I made mango and carrot juice.mango and carrot juice is a nutritious drink that contains vitamins A,C,B6,K and biotin.the vitamin A helps to maintain health teeth and soft tissue.Its also rich in carotenoids which give the juice it's orange color.the benefits,it has vitamin A which helps to maintain healthy skin.it boost the immune system,supporting vision,and protecting against liver disease.it has high nutritional value.mango improves digestion. Carrot are good for the skin because they are rich in antioxidants.it helps to reduce pimples,it smooths dry skin.  ***ingredients*** 2 mangoes 4 carrots  ***preparations*** I removed the fresh of my mango and i cut stick in the down part.then I cut out the body inside a bowl  I rinsed my carrot,i cut it into smaller sections.  I put it inside the chargeable blender i started with the carrot then I put the mango  I put water and i press the power button to blend for 10mins.i blender it three times.  I poured it inside a bowl then I poured everything together  Then i blend I again for 20mins.so as to mix together.  I rinsed my glass cup and I poured it inside the glass cup.  Thanks for reading...
