 - - -  At that time, the night began to creep slowly. I was crossing Geudong city when my eyes fell on a small and simple cart standing upright on the side of the highway. Its bright lights made the place look warm in the silence of the night. The name of the place **Rayyan Kebab Turki** was clearly visible on the yellow and red board, displaying a variety of burger, kebab, and roti john menus that were ready to pamper anyone who came.    When I approached, two young men were seen deftly preparing orders. They moved swiftly, grilling bread and grilling meat very skillfully. They greeted customers in a friendly manner, full of smiles and politeness. Although the place was small and very simple, the usual hustle and bustle that filled the stall seemed to never go away.  But that night was different. There was no long queue or crowd that usually filled this place. Several plastic chairs and tables looked empty, as if making room for anyone who wanted to sit and enjoy a warm meal from the hands of the persistent sellers.   As I stood there, I could hear the hissing sound of the grill and the appetizing aroma of meat. Despite its quiet atmosphere, this place still exudes the charm of a small business run with hard work and passion.  **Rayyan Kebab Turki**, for some people it may be just a small cart on the side of the road, but for anyone who has ever come and tasted the delicious food, this place is not just an ordinary food seller. It brings a story of hard work, simplicity, and friendly service that makes anyone feel welcomed.
