Sometimes when we are in need of something we tend to see mirages in the distance.

Mirages are a product of visual distortion caused by different layers of heat, and they also cause people's minds to see things where there are none.

Thus it is possible for a person who walks alone in the middle of a great desert under the scorching heat of the sun to see mirages of an oasis on the horizon, when in fact there is nothing. These mirages, besides being the product of a visual distortion due to the heat, also respond to the immense need of this person to drink water and cool down.

Esos espejismos además de ser producto de una distorsión visual producto del calor, también responde a la inmensa necesidad de beber agua y refrescarse de agua que tiene esta persona.  hace que los espejismos que ven se multipliquen.

When you arrive at the place and do not find, not even an oasis, not even a drop of water your dreams collapse and you feel that you have to start again a search for which you no longer have the strength. At that point this person has two paths to follow: To fall down and let everything fall apart or to raise his head after such a disappointment and return to the search.

When one begins to see that things begin to work and we begin to find that which we had hoped for so long, we usually stop pondering certain risks and the possibility that what we see in the distance may not be as we imagine it.

Esa inmensa necesidad lo hace ver espejismos y aferrarse a ellos con todas sus energías, muchas veces impidiendo analizar las situaciones correctas. Cuando uno comienza a ver que las cosas comienzan a funcionar y comenzamos a encontrar eso que tanto esperábamos solemos dejar de ponderar ciertos riesgos y la posibilidad que aquello que vemos a lo lejos no sea tal como lo imaginamos.

The dreamer, the seeker of new paths like the person who walks under the desert will surely visualize mirages on the way that will generate a certain illusion of finding that which is so precious. We must learn not to create great expectations by visualizing them and be clear that perhaps it is only an illusion and perhaps to find that which we are looking for we must seek or walk a little more, for which it will be useful to dose our energies.



> El soñados, el buscador de nuevos caminos como la persona que camina bajo el desierto seguramente visualizarán espejismos en el camino que les generará cierta ilusión de encontrar aquello tan preciado. Debemos aprender a no crear grandes expectativas al visualizarlos y tener en claro que quizá solo se trate de una ilusión y quizá para encontrar eso que tanto estamos buscando haya que buscar o caminar un poco más, para lo cual será útil dosificar nuestras energías.



This will allow us to continue with enough energy in case we arrive at the place we saw from afar and realize that it was indeed a mirage. It will also help us to keep a cooler head, which will help us to see what is really there and not what our eyes want to see.


> Esto nos permitirá seguir con energía suficiente por si al llegar al lugar que veíamos de lejos nos damos cuenta que en verdad se trató de un espejismo. También nos ayudará a mantener la cabeza más fría, lo que ayudará a ver lo que realmente hay y no lo que nuestros ojos quieren ver.

Today a great illusion fell, but I will continue to walk in this desert in search of a small oasis that will satisfy my need to drink some water. If I spent a lot of time regretting having seen something that didn't exist, it would probably make my search stop and I would be lost in the middle of that great desert.


> Hoy se cayo una gran ilusión, pero seguiré caminando en este desierto en busca de una pequeño oasis que sacie mis necesidades de beber un poco de agua. Si pasara mucho tiempo lamentándome por haber visto algo que no existía posiblemente eso haría que mi búsqueda se detenga y quedase perdido en medio de ese gran desierto.



I choose to spend the moment with a brief lament, raise my head and go back on my way in search of that which I long for so much. I cannot afford an eternal lament for what was not, because that would take time to find what I am looking for. I am sure that in the middle of the desert I will find that drop of water I am looking for.

> Elijo pasar el momento con un breve lamento, levantar mi cabeza y retomar mi camino en busca de aquello que tanto anhelo. No puedo permitirme un lamento eterno  por aquello que no fue, porque eso quitaría tiempo en encontrar aquello que estoy buscando .Estoy seguro que en medio del desierto encontraré esa gota de agua que tanto busco.
