 Kodak announced earlier today that it will use blockchain technology as a way to secure photographers rights to their photos. Unclear if their will be a coin and a market for these coins since I believe they will hold the rights to photography. They will most certainly be able to be traded with the works to verify ownership like a title currently is for property. Kodak's stock though did experience a Kodak moment like the picture above shows. It's stock near at the close of today January 9th is up 119% at $6.80 (+$3.70) Symbol KODK. The crypto craze was just starting to look like it was losing it euphoria with the volatility in names like Riot Blockchain and Longfin died down significantly. As Kodak has just shown though this theme isn't over as any mention or facet of cryptocurrency, or the technology it spurs, is mentioned stock value for that company goes soaring. No matter how inconsequential or the utilization of the technology appears to be.
